Citrus Turkey Recipe 5pts

Citrus Turkey
3 pounds frozen boneless turkey breast roast
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chicken broth, divided
1/4 cup white wine, or additional chicken broth
2 TB frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Combine the garlic powder, paprika, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; rub over turkey. Place in a 3 quart slow cooker. Add broth, wine or additional broth, orange juice and lemon juice to slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
